About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual passionate about customer success and application security. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of building trusted relationships with enterprise customers. You will thrive in a collaborative environment and be adept at navigating complex technical and business challenges to deliver value.

How Will You Make an Impact?

You will drive customer success, product adoption, and value realization, leading to increased satisfaction and loyalty. Your role will influence product development by representing customer needs and contribute to revenue growth through successful engagements. Ultimately, you will become a trusted advisor, helping customers achieve their application security goals.

Responsibilities
  • Lead deployment and adoption of Checkmarx products, ensuring customer outcomes are met.
  • Understand and formalize customer requests, needs, and escalations, acting as the voice of the customer.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, R&D, Technical Support, and Professional Services to address customer challenges.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all Checkmarx products and services.
  • Introduce and demo new products and features proactively.
  • Work with customers on AppSec program implementations, aligning Checkmarx services with their business objectives.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer partnerships as a trusted advisor.
  • Lead customer engagements through regular interactions and workshops.
  • Keep internal reports and documentation accurate and current.
What Are We Looking For?

Candidates should have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Value Consulting within SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Strong technical understanding of software development lifecycle and application security.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Proven success in driving product adoption and positive customer outcomes.
  • Experience with customer success platforms like Gainsight.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in application security domain.
  • Proficiency in additional languages.
  • Relevant security and cloud certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, AWS Security, Azure Security Engineer).
