Job Description:

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Technician with a versatile profile, capable of working across different technological areas, with a strong focus on Networking and Security. We seek someone adaptable, eager to grow, and ready to contribute to a dynamic and multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support in infrastructure projects with a focus on networking and security;
2. Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network equipment and systems;
3. Handle classic security topics, including firewalls and protection policies;
4. Monitor and detect threats using tools such as SIEM, antivirus, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems (IDS/IPS);
5. Collaborate across different technical areas as required by the project;
6. Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

1. Over 2 years of experience as an IT infrastructure technician, with a focus on networking and security;
2. Strong knowledge of networking (routing, switching, network protocols), with the ability to diagnose and resolve network issues effectively;
3. Experience with classic security solutions, such as Fortinet, Checkpoint, among others;
4. Ability to work across multiple technical domains;
5. Proactive mindset, autonomy, and eagerness to learn;
6. Strong communication skills and team spirit.

Additional Information:

• Workplace type: Hybrid (max. of 3 times per week in the office).
• Location: Açores.
