Decskill, part of the Astek Group, is seeking a Dynamics 365 Platform Expert Master to join our team of over 800 professionals in Lisbon, Porto, and Madrid. You will lead Power BI development, data analysis, and governance initiatives, collaborating with global teams to deliver data-driven decisions and scalable solutions.

The role demands 10+ years of experience, a software engineering degree, and strong English communication.

Qualificações

10+ years of professional experience.
Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Engineering or similar.
Dynamics 365 Platform Expert.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate with global teams and across functions.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies, JIRA and Confluence (valued).
Experience in designing/architecting data solutions.
Certifications in relevant technologies.
Good level of English.

Responsabilidades

Power BI Development: design and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
Data Analysis: perform ad-hoc analysis in Excel and present findings to stakeholders.
Data Quality & Governance: ensure accuracy and consistency of data sources; troubleshoot discrepancies.
Collaboration: work with business teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations.
Automation: optimize workflows using Excel VBA or Power BI automation tools.
