Unipartner is seeking a Dynamics 365 Solutions Specialist in the Lisbon area to mentor teams and deliver CRM and enterprise system integrations. The role blends hands-on technical leadership with project management, driving change and inspiring others.

You will lead Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects, own billable engagements, and ensure governance, security and solution quality throughout the lifecycle. A strategic mindset with execution strength is essential.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• MS Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing and/or Field Service);
• Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse);
• Azure Integration Services, REST APIs and enterprise integration patterns;
• Azure Functions and Logic Apps;
• Microsoft Dataverse and data modelling concepts;
• Azure DevOps, CI/CD and application lifecycle management;
• Knowledge of security, governance and best practices within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Responsabilidades

• Design and lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 and Power Platform architectures in collaboration with business and technical teams.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure and resilient technical solutions.
• Lead the implementation of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and Microsoft best practices.
• Design and oversee integrations between Dynamics 365, Azure services and third-party systems using modern integration patterns and APIs.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy and resilience-by-design principles.
• Drive technical governance, solution quality and architecture consistency across projects.
• Mentor technical teams and promote engineering best practices, including code reviews, DevOps and application lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation, optimization and digital transformation through the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Strategic mindset combined with execution strength, able to structure complex challenges into actionable roadmaps.
