KCS IT in Lisbon is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant / CRM Product Owner to join our hybrid team in Lisbon. You will lead functional design, translate business needs into effective CRM solutions, and collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver value across Sales, Customer Service and Power Platform initiatives.

You bring solid experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Dataverse, Power Platform, and agile delivery.

Qualificações

• Solid experience implementing, configuring or managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Sales and/or Customer Service.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional solutions.
• Experience configuring entities/tables, forms, views, dashboards, business rules and security roles.
• Ability to manage functional backlogs, priorities, requirements and acceptance criteria as a Product Owner.
• Experience coordinating external vendors and working closely with business and technical teams.
• Experience planning and executing functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Understanding of CRM integrations, APIs and data flows between systems.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum or Kanban.
• Experience with incident management, releases, documentation and continuous platform improvement.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good knowledge of Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, Field Service or other CRM modules.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Jira and Power Platform ALM, including solutions, pipelines and environment management.
• Experience with Power BI and CRM dashboards.
• Experience managing large-scale CRM implementations and reducing dependency on external providers.
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality and personal data protection.
