Prime Nearshore in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking an ERP & Business Applications Support Engineer to join an international project for Azqore. You will provide functional and technical L1-L3 support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, ensuring stability and responsiveness.

After onboarding, you will support Triskell, with basic configuration and user help. The role requires 3-5 years in ERP support, strong English, and ability to work autonomously in an international

Qualificações

3–5 years in ERP or business application support.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
Experience in incident, problem, change, and request management.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

Provide L1–L3 support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve ERP incidents.
Perform root cause analysis and implement fixes.
Manage patches, updates, and releases.
Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and vendors.
Maintain procedures and knowledge bases.
Monitor platform performance and service quality.
Support Triskell post-onboarding.
