VFX Financial is a fast-growing FinTech seeking a Dynamics 365 Engineer to design, deploy, and support D365 solutions with Power Automate capabilities. You will partner with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable platform designs and ensure robust production support.

The role emphasizes ownership, clear communication, and delivering maintainable integrations across the Power Platform, Dataverse, and APIs in a regulated environment.

Qualificações

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Power Automate expertise including workflows, connectors, error handling, and monitoring
• Experience with Dataverse and the wider Microsoft Power Platform
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong stakeholder communication and requirements‑gathering skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
• Experience with APIs, integrations, or connected business applications
• Background in application engineering, software development, or systems integration
• Experience with C# and .NET
• Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, or API Management
• Experience developing Dynamics 365 plugins or Power Apps
• Experience with SQL Server and relational databases
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, source control, and automated deployment
• Experience in financial services, payments, or regulated industries

Responsabilidades

• Design, configure, develop, and support Dynamics 365 solutions
• Build and maintain Power Automate workflows for automation and integration
• Work with Dataverse and Power Platform to deliver maintainable apps
• Troubleshoot Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and Power Automate issues
• Contribute to solution quality, maintainability, monitoring, and support
• Engage with stakeholders to clarify requirements and propose solutions
• Translate requirements into clear technical designs and implementation plans
• Explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Take ownership from requirements through release and support
• Produce technical documentation and communicate progress and decisions
• Collaborate with engineering, product, operations, and support teams
