Fyld, a Portuguese consulting company, is hiring a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to build scalable, secure CRM solutions with a focus on business value. The role requires deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Dataverse models, and integration via REST/OData APIs.

You will collaborate with Business Analysts and technical teams across projects, follow Agile/Scrum practices, and contribute from design to deployment. Fluency in English and a passion for high-quality software are essential.

Qualificações

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or related fields.
Proven professional experience developing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications, such as Sales, Customer Service or Field Service.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, including data models, tables, relationships, security roles and business rules.
Experience developing custom solutions using C# and .NET, including plugins, custom workflow activities and other server-side components.
Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript for client-side customization and extensions.
Experience with Power Automate and Power Platform components for workflow automation and business processes.
Knowledge of Power Apps and model-driven applications is valued.
Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems using REST APIs, OData and web services.
Familiarity with Microsoft Graph and Azure services is a plus.
Experience configuring forms, views, business process flows, dashboards and other Dynamics 365 components.
Knowledge of Dynamics 365 security and access control, including roles, teams and permissions.
Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and solution management across development, testing and production environments.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git and CI/CD practices is valued
Experience troubleshooting, debugging and optimizing Dynamics 365 solutions.
Ability to collaborate with Business Analysts, Functional Consultants, Project Managers and other technical teams.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365 or Power Platform are a plus.
Fluency in English.
