• 3+ years hands-on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement experience (Sales, Service, Insights, Field Service).
• Proficiency in Dynamics 365/Dataverse customization and development (C# and JavaScript).
• Experience with data migrations using Dataverse.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Agile/Scrum experience and working in cross-functional teams.
• English fluency (verbal and written).
