Business Intelligence Sales Consultants is seeking a Technical Customer Success Manager to support Dutch and English-speaking customers from a Portugal base. You will own a portfolio across the EMEA region, acting as a technical consultant and strategic advisor to maximize value from Microsoft Azure.

You will help customers migrate, adopt, and grow Azure usage while building long-term relationships and identifying new opportunities within existing and new accounts.

About The Role

As a Technical Customer Success Manager (vCSM), you will own a portfolio of small and medium-sized businesses across the EMEA region, helping them maximize the value of Microsoft Azure.

You'll act as both a technical consultant and strategic advisor, identifying growth opportunities, guiding customers through cloud solutions, and ensuring long-term adoption and success.
