WW Talents in Greece is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join an international team. You will provide high-quality customer service across products and services, resolve inquiries, and guide customers toward effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Native or near-native Dutch (C1 preferred).
• Fluent English.
• Excellent written communication.
• Strong computer literacy and internet navigation.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer support experience is an advantage but not required.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional customer support via chat, call, email.
• Assist customers with account-related questions and service inquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and guide customers toward effective solutions.
• Handle account management requests and service-related concerns.
• Escalate complex cases when necessary while ensuring timely resolution.
• Accurately document customer interactions and case resolutions.
• Stay up to date with products, tools, and internal processes.
• Meet quality and productivity targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
