Provide support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
Answer questions about billing, payments, and account info.
Handle requests from external authorities professionally.
Record customer interactions accurately.
Help with revenue collection and service sales when applicable.
Fluent in the required project language (English and/or others).
Good communication and computer skills.
Detail-oriented and team player.
Motivated and willing to work in shifts.
Contract: 12-month renewable with potential for permanent.
Hours: Full-time, 40h/week, rotating shifts (7:00–23:00, Mon–Sun).
Salary: €1,050 with accommodation / €1,309 without.
