Job Description

Deliver excellent customer service through phone, email, and chat channels with efficiency and a friendly attitude.

Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

UE Passaport, Job Seeker Visa for Portugal or Residence Card in Portugal

Native or fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken)

English B2 or C1

Minimum: High School Diploma

Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory

Positive, proactive mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Comfortable using computer systems and technology

Flexibility to work rotating shifts if required
