Cross Border Talents is hiring a Dutch Client Success Specialist (Microsoft) to collaborate with Dutch companies and agency partners, delivering tailored advertising solutions and strategic ROI guidance. You will build relationships and drive performance across Microsoft Ads products, with a focus on achieving quota and providing excellent support.
The role is a full-time, hybrid position with onboarding and ongoing Microsoft product training, designed for growth within the project and within
Qualificações
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Native level Dutch.
- Fluent in English (speech and writing).
- ≥1 year in digital marketing, preferably PPC campaigns.
- 0–1 year in sales.
Responsabilidades
- Tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions to Dutch companies and agency partners.
- Provide strategic advice to maximize ROI on advertising investments.
- Meet or exceed assigned quota while delivering strong customer experience.
- Communicate proactively via phone, video, and email.
