Responsabilidades

• Deliver friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, live chat and other channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to accounts, products, services, orders and general requests.
• Identify customer needs and provide accurate, timely solutions.
• Guide customers through processes, platforms, and services with clear instructions.
• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high service quality and satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Aim to meet KPIs for satisfaction, quality, productivity and response times.
• Pursue ongoing product and policy knowledge through training.

• Support customers throughout different processes, platforms, and services by providing clear and easy-to-understand guidance.
• Handle and resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a strong focus on service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions, requests, actions taken, and resolutions in the relevant internal systems.
• Escalate complex, sensitive, or exceptional cases to the appropriate departments in line with established procedures.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer issues are addressed effectively and within the required timeframe.
• Achieve defined KPIs related to customer satisfaction, service quality, productivity, and response times.
• Continuously develop your knowledge of company products, services, policies, procedures, and best practices through training and ongoing learning.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
