The Role:
As a Dutch Content Moderator at Cross Border Talents, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content in Dutch across various platforms. Your role will be to ensure that all content complies with community standards and guidelines, keeping the digital space safe and inclusive for all users. You’ll act as a key player in maintaining a positive, welcoming environment online, making decisions that directly impact millions of users. Key Responsibilities:

• Review and moderate Dutch-language content to ensure it aligns with community standards and guidelines.
• Identify and remove harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content to maintain a positive user experience.
• Make fair, consistent, and timely decisions to ensure the integrity of the platform.
• Work closely with other teams to address complex issues and refine content moderation practices.
• Stay up-to-date on emerging trends, tools, and best practices in content moderation.
• Provide valuable insights and feedback to improve internal processes and make moderation more efficient.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential.
• Attention to detail and the ability to make quick, fair decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
• A passion for digital safety and creating a safe, welcoming online environment.
• Previous experience in content moderation or customer service is a plus, but not required – we’ll provide all the training you need!
• A problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt and thrive in an ever-changing landscape.
