Connect Now Services is seeking a Healthcare Assistant to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. This full-time role offers relocation support for EU passport holders, competitive pay, and a focus on compassionate, person-centered care in a premier nursing home environment.

You will collaborate with nursing staff to deliver holistic care, support residents with daily activities, nutrition, mobility, and engagement in meaningful activities, while maintaining dignity and respect in all interactions.

Qualificações

• EU Passport Holders Only can Apply.
• Minimum of 6 months' experience in healthcare or a related field.
• Practical experience in a caring role is preferred.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Professional, caring, and empathetic demeanor.
• Comfort in sometimes challenging environments.
• Proficient command of the English language.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with nursing staff to provide high-quality, holistic care.
• Maintain residents' hygiene and personal care needs with dignity and respect.
• Assist residents with nutrition and hydration, ensuring their dietary needs are met.
• Support residents in mobility using appropriate aids.
• Escort and transfer residents as directed by nursing staff.
• Engage residents in enriching activities that enhance their quality of life.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by nursing staff and management.
