Decskill, a growing IT consulting firm with international reach, seeks a Dora Project Manager to drive digital operational resilience initiatives. You will lead cross-functional teams across IT and business units, translating regulatory requirements into concrete cybersecurity and governance actions.

The role emphasizes planning, milestone tracking, and executive reporting to keep stakeholders informed and aligned.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience managing IT-related projects.
• Experience in project planning, roadmap management, milestone tracking, and executive reporting.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and information systems.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals and regulatory/compliance initiatives is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the implementation of a digital operational resilience regulatory framework across multiple business entities.
• Maintain and monitor the implementation roadmap, ensuring milestones and deadlines are achieved.
• Translate regulatory requirements into actionable cybersecurity and IT governance initiatives.
• Support business and technical teams in addressing implementation challenges.
• Coordinate stakeholders and facilitate steering committees, workshops, and regular follow-up meetings.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and deviations, and escalation issues when appropriate.
• Prepare dashboards, executive reports, and status updates for senior management and key stakeholders.
• Work closely with technical and business teams to implement cybersecurity and operational resilience requirements.
• Provide practical guidance and documentation to support compliance activities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory implementation queries.
• Maintain project documentation, including knowledge repositories and FAQs.
• Ensure clear communication of project status, upcoming activities, and stakeholder responsibilities.

Responsabilities:

• Lead the implementation of a digital operational resilience regulatory framework across multiple business entities.
• Maintain and monitor the implementation roadmap, ensuring milestones and deadlines are achieved.
• Translate regulatory requirements into actionable cybersecurity and IT governance initiatives.
• Support business and technical teams in addressing implementation challenges.
• Coordinate stakeholders and facilitate steering committees, workshops, and regular follow-up meetings.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and deviations, and escalation issues when appropriate.
• Prepare dashboards, executive reports, and status updates for senior management and key stakeholders.
• Work closely with technical and business teams to implement cybersecurity and operational resilience requirements, such as network segmentation, backup strategies, and third-party risk monitoring.
• Provide practical guidance and documentation to support compliance activities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory implementation queries.
• Maintain project documentation, including knowledge repositories and FAQs.
• Ensure clear communication of project status, upcoming activities, and stakeholder responsibilities.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience managing IT-related projects.
• Experience in project planning, roadmap management, milestone tracking, and executive reporting.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and information systems.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals, including:
• Networking concepts
• Cybersecurity testing methodologies
• Understanding of operational resilience and IT risk management principles.
• Experience working with regulatory or compliance-driven technology initiatives is an advantage.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to communicate technical and regulatory concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience facilitating meetings, workshops, and governance committees.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to quickly learn new technical and regulatory topics.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Other Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluency in English.
