Opportunity

We are looking for a DORA Project Manager for a hybrid project in Lisbon or Oporto.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the DORA project rollout (technical implementation and communications).
• Coordinate the actions between the different stakeholders.
• Integrate all of stakeholders in the different steps of the project through committee and communication.
• Communicate on the DORA project status to all through committee, SharePoint, emails; provide support for technical and business teams in their understanding of the DORA requirements and their implementation.
• Report on the deployment of DORA requirements. Be the point of contact for Business, technical teams, CISOs.
• Coordination/Project management: Be responsible for planning the different steps/actions of the project and their rollout. Set up indicators for monitoring DORA projects and coverage.
• Monitor the implementation of requirements by entity. Participate in the preparation of Steering Committees.

Technical Skills

• At least 6 years of experience working as a Project Manager.
• Knowledge of DORA regulations.
• General knowledge of IT and IT security.
• Knowledge of the technical and application architecture.
• Ability to understand security requirements, IT systems and cybersecurity risks.

Language Skills

• Fluency in English - Mandatory.
• Fluency in French - Nice to have

Soft Skills

• Proactivity and adaptability; ability to collaborate / teamwork.
• Communication skills - oral & written; ability to synthesize / simplify.
• Rigor, attention to detail and ability to act as critical thinker.
