PrimeIT in Porto is seeking a DLP Analyst to join our security team. You will assess events generated by the DLP tool, review daily activity, investigate data leaks, and help improve detection capabilities.

The role requires mid-level experience (2–6 years) in data loss prevention or security monitoring, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with the control manager. A monthly salary between 1,200 and 2,000 EUR plus food allowance and flex benefits.

Qualificações

• 2 to 6 years of experience in DLP or security monitoring
• Ability to assess events and investigate data leaks
• Experience producing dashboards and reports in security operations

Responsabilidades

• Assess events generated by the DLP tool according to predefined criteria on the different scopes
• Review and analyze daily events and route to Level 2 for deeper analysis
• Investigate at Level 2 to confirm and assess data leaks
• Review and analyze security problems to identify weak points in the DLP monitoring system
• Liaise with the control manager regarding DLP events detection or policy reviews
• Contribute to testing and analysis of new DLP policies
• Coordinate review of policies and validated practices
• Produce the Monthly DLP Dashboard
• Manage deployment of new entities/scopes on the platform
• Produce a weekly follow-up of entities regarding backlog and compliance with processes
• Soft Skills: Ability to understand, explain and support change

We are looking for a DLP Analyst!

Location: Porto

Level of Experience: Mid (2 to 6 years)

Salary Package & Benefits: €1,200 to €2,000 (salary base) + Food Allowance + Flex Benefits

What are we looking for?

• Assess the events generated by the DLP tool, according to predefined criteria (alert treatment Level 1) on the different scopes
• Review & analyze the daily events, and potentially route them to Level 2 for a deeper analysis
• Investigate at Level 2 to allow confirmation & assessment of data leaks
• Review & Analyze security problems in order to identify the weak points in the DLP monitoring system
• Liaise with the control manager regarding DLP events detection, or specific rules review (e.g. a great number of anomalies generated in a short period)
• Suggest good practices based on the DLP events typology, in order to optimize detection capability
• Contribute to the testing and analysis of new DLP policies
• Coordinate the review of policies and validated practices
• Perform a weekly follow-up of the entities, regarding their backlog and the compliance with the processes"
