Job summary

Avanta Works is seeking a Dismantler in Almada, Portugal to disassemble vehicles and salvage usable parts. You will identify parts, clean and prepare them for resale, and maintain inventory records while following safety regulations.

This role requires strong mechanical knowledge, reading schematics, and the ability to lift heavy objects. A minimum of two years in a dismantling or related role is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of dismantling experience.
• Strong mechanical skills and tool proficiency.
• Ability to read schematics and technical drawings.
• Physical strength and stamina for lifting heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble vehicles or equipment according to specifications.
• Identify and select usable parts for salvage.
• Clean and prepare salvaged parts for resale or reuse.
• Maintain accurate inventory records of salvaged parts.
• Ensure safe handling of hazardous materials and comply with safety regulations.
