Avanta Works in Faro, Portugal, is seeking a Vehicle Dismantler to safely dismantle vehicles and salvage usable parts for resale or recycling. You will identify parts, disassemble with tools, and maintain organized storage, while adhering to safety standards.

The ideal candidate has prior dismantling experience, strong mechanical knowledge, and the ability to lift heavy objects in varying weather conditions. English communication is required; Portuguese is a plus.

Vehicle Dismantler

We are a reputable automotive dismantling company based in Faro, Portugal, seeking a skilled and experienced Vehicle Dismantler to join our team. As a Vehicle Dismantler, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently dismantling vehicles to salvage and recycle usable parts and materials.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble vehicles using various hand and power tools


• Identify and remove usable parts for resale or recycling


• Inspect parts for quality and functionality


• Properly label and store salvaged parts


• Maintain a clean and organized work area


• Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Vehicle Dismantler or in a similar role


• Strong mechanical knowledge and proficiency with hand and power tools


• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions


• Attention to detail and ability to identify usable parts


• Good communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus)


• Valid work permit or Portuguese nationality preferred

Salary and benefits

• We offer competitive salary of 1600$ per month, along with opportunities for growth within our company.

Contract

This is a part-time position with flexible hours.
