Mastercard is seeking a Director, Fraud Attack Response & Insights for AP, EUR, EEMEA to lead incident response orchestration, insights generation, and card security controls across Asia Pacific, Europe, and Middle East/Africa. The role focuses on fraud in account opening, payment cards, and account-to-account transactions.

The position requires deep fraud operations expertise, strategic leadership, and experience guiding regional/global teams across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Support and at times lead participation in high-impact fraud TRTs (as commander or delegate).
• Drive post-incident retrospectives and systemic remediation recommendations.
• Translate incident learnings into network-level controls, standards, or enhancements for products in the Security Solutions organization.
• Liaison between the fraud attack risk registry management and fraud intelligence teams.
• Manage a small team of regional experts.
