Bosch Home Comfort Portugal Aveiro offers a 12-month graduate program in Corporate Quality with a hybrid work mode. You will support digitalization and transformation initiatives, assist in project management, and engage with international stakeholders across functions.

The role requires a degree in engineering or related fields, strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint and Excel), fluent English, and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualificações

• Degree/Master Degree in Project Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related field.
• Knowledge on product development, production and surveillance methods is highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Office, with a focus on PowerPoint and Excel.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Good communication skills, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Support digitalization and business transformation initiatives within Corporate Quality.
• Assist in project management, roadmap planning, and performance tracking activities.
• Contribute to business process management and continuous improvement efforts.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders across functions and organizational units.
• Prepare management communications, presentations, reports, and project documentation.
• Support governance and coordination activities across multiple projects and programs.
