Körber Pharma Packaging AG is seeking a Digital Twin Project Manager in the R&D department. You will lead the development and coordination of digital twins across software, technology, automation and logistics in a fast‑moving, international context.

You will translate requirements into concrete plans, drive milestones, coordinate multiple disciplines, and report on status and risks. The role offers flexible hours and remote work options in the Porto/Maia area.

Qualificações

• Several years’ experience in project management within complex development environments (software, technology, automation or logistics).
• Ability to lead interdisciplinary projects across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Structured, proactive, solution‑oriented work style with strong communication and facilitation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive and coordinate the overall project management for the development of digital twins.
• Translate defined product and digital requirements into structured implementation plans, milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary stakeholders across relevant R&D functions and interfaces.
• Ensure transparency regarding project status, dependencies, risks, bottlenecks and decision‑making requirements.
• Monitor progress across all disciplines and actively drive resolution of obstacles and conflicts.
• Prepare and facilitate coordination, reporting and escalation processes with relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure development activities are synchronized with scope, schedule and quality expectations; support resource planning and transparency of workload in the matrix organization.
