ZEISS Group in Lisbon, Portugal seeks a Digital Solution Manager to lead global digital quality initiatives around SAP S/4HANA and eQMS integration. You will map end-to-end processes, drive AI-enabled quality improvements, and define data governance, ensuring compliance across sites and HQ.

You will collaborate with QMS, IT, Digital, Data Governance and Operations teams worldwide; fluency in English is required, and travel is expected.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• At least five years' experience in digital quality, SAP S/4HANA or eQMS.
• Strong SAP S/4HANA knowledge in manufacturing environments, QM superuser.
• Experience with eQMS platforms and integrating multiple digital systems.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485, MDR, GxP, FDA 21 CFR and CAPA.
• Data governance and mapping complex business processes.
• Analytical, troubleshooting, communication and organisational skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Desirable: SAP S/4HANA implementation, AI exposure, German language, Six Sigma.

The role will improve business processes, system interfaces, AI-enabled solutions and data governance across sites and headquarters.The role of Digital Solution Manager (m/f/x) will involve:Lead the Quality Management (QM) work package for the global SAP S/4HANA implementation and support wider digital-system delivery.Analyse and improve processes in high-volume, regulated environments, working with business units to define and align requirements.Map end-to-end processes and interfaces, identify risks, and support validation, testing, rollout and post-implementation troubleshooting.Drive AI-enabled quality improvements, including automation, predictive quality and compliant AI agents.Define data-governance standards, ownership, flows and lifecycle management while ensuring data integrity and traceability.Review implementation activities and documentation for compliance with the QMS, ISO 13485 and other applicable regulations.Create and maintain procedures, work instructions and digital process documentation.Work independently and proactively, making sound decisions and communicating effectively with global stakeholders.Your ExperienceA Bachelor's degree or higher in Quality Management, Engineering, IT, Life Sciences, Business Administration or a related field.At least five years' experience in digital quality, SAP S/4HANA or eQMS implementation, including experience with regulated Quality Management Systems.Strong SAP S/4HANA knowledge in manufacturing environments, ideally as a QM superuser.Experience with eQMS platforms and integrating multiple digital systems and interfaces.Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and quality methods, including ISO 13485, MDR, GxP, FDA 21 CFR and CAPA.Experience in data governance and mapping complex business processes in regulated environments.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently.Fluent written and spoken English.It would be desirable if you had:Direct experience of an SAP S/4HANA implementation.Exposure to AI, automation or digital innovation projects, including familiarity with AI agent creation and training.German language skills and/or experience in business process improvement; Six Sigma knowledge would be an advantage.Role DetailsLocation: Lisbon, Portugal. Frequent international travel is expected.This role has no direct reports and leads the QM work package in a global matrix environment.Reporting line: Head of Digital Quality.
