Carrier Global Corporation, located in Matosinhos, Porto, Portugal, is seeking a Digital Risk & Local IT Support Analyst to join on a permanent full-time basis. The role blends local IT support with cybersecurity and risk management responsibilities, working across business stakeholders and engineering teams.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree and at least five years in IT or security, with strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 5 years in IT support, infrastructure operations, cybersecurity, or risk management.
• Understanding of information security principles and cybersecurity controls.
• Experience with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with centralized support teams to resolve incidents and service requests.
• Support local application deployment, upgrades, and user onboarding activities.
• Maintain local IT asset inventories and ensure compliance with corporate standards.
• Partner with Enterprise Cybersecurity and Product Security teams to embed security requirements into digital products and business applications.
• Assist in vulnerability management, remediation tracking, and security control implementation.
• Support security assessments, reviews, and audits of digital products and business applications.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, engineering teams, and cybersecurity functions.
• Identify, assess, and document cybersecurity and operational risks with business owners.
