Position Summary

For our Nestlé Business Services, we are currently looking for a Digital Project Manager. This professional will join the project managers team and will be responsible for managing new and ongoing projects, planning and executing successfully. Ensure that the projects are completed on time, on budget and to the satisfaction of the stakeholders.

A day in the life of...

Act as a Project Manager for new and ongoing projects, to ensure proper execution of the deliveries from external and internal partners (Integrated Business Services, External Agencies)

Ensure the day-to-day management of the different activities of Project mobilisation of required resources, monitoring and reporting on key dimensions.

COORDINATION & QUALITY ASSURANCE:

• Coordinate internal and external partners
• Meetings planning & reporting
• Prepare Briefings to Integrated Business Services (ie CRM, SEO, Webmaster, Content Studio) following Brand & agencies requirements
• Projects & timeliness management considering internal (ie global teams, Zeur, Finance, etc) & external partners (advertising agencies, media agencies, etc))
• Ensure the quality standards for key Project deliverables (timeliness of key milestones)
• Test, deliver & document projects (i.e. Google Merchant, media assets, new webshop services & modifications, CRM global programs implementations
  
  

CAMPAIGN IMPLEMENTATION

• CoordiMedia campaign assets developments with IBS Content & Webmaster following agencies requirements
• Webshop promo coordination with Integrated Business Services Content & Webmaster & CRM (i.e. webshop teasers, campaign pages, offers setup) - Webshop service local emailing coordination
  
  

Conversion & User Experience

• Review Consumer journey pages content with Webmaster
• SEO bug fixing with IBS SEO (ie 404 error pages, dual URLs...) - follow up between SEO specialists and agency
• New Global features implementation coordination with Webmaster (i.e. optin popup, chatbot, UX and UI tools.
  
  

What Will Make You Successful

• 3-5 years of project management in digital environment
• Project management software (e.g. Project, Jira)
• Proficiency in English is required (spoken and written).
• Ability to quickly understand brand's positioning through
• Brand Guidelines
• Ability to deliver against established objectives and deadlines
• Knowledge of Brand Communication standards development & management
• Comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment
• Demonstrating accuracy and thoroughness; looking for ways to improve and promote quality,
• Ability to deal with frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events
