Who You Are:

• Fluent in German, strong communicator in English
• At least 12 months of experience in digital ads optimization (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.)
• Intermediate-Advanced level Excel/Sheets expertise
• Analytical mindset with deep understanding of KPIs and digital growth
• Natural problem-solver, fast learner, and an innovation enthusiast
• Ready for a hybrid work model and, if needed, excited to relocate to Lisbon
