Job Description:

How will you make an impact?

• Administrate and manage collaboration services (manage changes, apply policies, etc.).
• Manage various on-prem solutions (SharePoint, FSx-N SMB share, OpenText Documentum, IIS servers, ...).
• Build and update documentation to support these solutions.
• Maintain the health of the platforms in scope.
• Identify and react to potential security gaps.
• Monitor the health of collaboration solutions.
• Assist the operations team with their needs.
• Create automation processes for platform operation.
• Coordinate with Microsoft support when necessary.

Support responsibilities as a Digital Workplace (DWP) Collaboration Engineer:

• Be a subject matter expert on digital collaboration.
• Manage priorities and SLAs.
• Bridge knowledge between engineering and operations teams.
• Follow Agile methodology.
• Develop PowerShell automation scripts for daily tasks.

Candidate profile:

• Willing to learn and grow
• Master’s in Computer Science, Information Management, or similar, or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft engineering tasks
• Ability to analyze automation issues and propose solutions
• Effective communication skills in technical and non-technical contexts
• Rigorous, flexible, stress-resistant, autonomous, passionate about CS
• Ability to work independently in a multicultural environment
• Fluent in English
