About the Job

  • The Lisbon team functions as a hub for teams spread over Europe, from BI to legal
  • You'll play a key role in spreading awareness internally about the latest digital trends and innovations and showing externally our digital banking leadership
Your Main Activities Are
  • Lead the marketing team and support them in running direct marketing campaigns and creating customer journeys on Centric (digital banking platform for corporate clients)
  • Align with the Head of Marketing and Communications
  • Organise your team to deal with a daily flow of “need-to-do” communication messages and more strategic “love-to-do” projects
  • Build relationships with the business lines and IT teams to ensure communication is aligned and our marketing tech stack is running smoothly (think Adobe Marketo Engage)
  • Be the local Team Lead of incredibly talented individuals in Lisbon, being responsible for development opportunities, provide coaching and contributing directly to their performance leading them to optimal performance, ensuring the objectives are met
Profile And Skills To Success
  • Academic Degree in either Marketing and Communications, Business Management or other related background
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in positions related to marketing and communication, digital marketing and/or brand communications
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in team management
  • Fluency in English
  • A creative and innovative approach to problem-solving (we welcome diverse perspectives and ideas!)
  • Autonomy, ownership, pro-activity
