Nestlé Business Solutions (NBS) in Portugal is seeking a Digital Analytics Specialist to collaborate with marketing and IT teams, gather tracking requirements, implement and maintain Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, and optimize data collection for insights. You will work with cross-functional teams to improve campaigns and reporting while ensuring data privacy compliance.
The role requires a university degree, 2+ years in digital analytics, and proficiency in GTM/GA plus data
2 days per week at the office (aligned with our current Policy)

For our Nestlé Business Services, we are currently looking for aDigital Analytics Specialist. A regular working day in this position would involve collaborating with marketing and IT teams to gather tracking requirements for new campaigns and initiatives, implementing and testing tracking codes in Google Tag Manager to ensure accurate data collection and reporting, and monitoring and maintaining existing tracking codes, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing data collection processes for improved insights and reporting.
Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics administration
Implementing and maintaining tags: Ensuring accurate implementation and maintenance of tags across digital platforms using Google Tag Manager.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams: Working with marketing, IT, and analytics teams to gather tracking requirements for new campaigns and initiatives.
Data analysis and interpretation: Analyzing data collected through Google Tag Manager to provide insights and make informed decisions for optimization and marketing strategies.
Troubleshooting and issue resolution: Identifying and resolving tracking issues, ensuring data accuracy, and optimizing data collection processes for improved insights and reporting.
Training and documentation: Providing training to teams on Google Tag Manager best practices, documenting tracking processes, and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
University Degree ideally specialized in Marketing, Computer Science or any other related fields
+2 years of experience in Digital Technologies and Data & Analytics fields (focused in Website and Mobile Apps analytics)
Proficiency in Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy regulations as they pertain to digital analytics
Understanding of using data visualisation tools (Power BI, Looker Studio), product analytics dashboarding is a plus
Data warehouse and cloud solutions basic understanding (GCP, BigQuery, Azure)
Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and user experience analysis to drive improvements based on the data collected through Google Tag Manager.
Project Management skills and knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
High mathematical/analytical skills
High communication skills and coordination of multiple stakeholders in complex and fast changing environments
