National and international expected traveling time varies according to project/client and organizational needs: 0%-15% estimated.

• Requirements Translation & Specification: Work closely with stakeholders across Digital Product, Analytics, Marketing, and Engineering to translate measurement requirements from source materials into clear technical tracking specifications for software teams.
• Tracking Implementation & Configuration: Configure and maintain both client-side and server-side data collection through Tealium, and support integrations with Adobe Analytics and other downstream platforms.
• Data Architecture Assessment: Assess existing tracking setups and define new events, attributes, data layer requirements, or event schemas.
• Quality Assurance & Debugging: Validate implementations delivered by software engineering teams, proactively investigating tracking defects, data quality issues, and consent-related problems.
• Compliance & Consent Management: Ensure all tracking implementations strictly align with consent requirements managed through OneTrust.

Requirements

We're Looking for Someone Who...

• Is a Hybrid Specialist: You sit perfectly between a reporting analyst and a pure front-end engineering role, understanding how modern web and mobile applications are built.
• Drives Cross-Functional Alignment: You are confident working directly with digital product managers, digital analysts, digital marketing teams, and software engineers.
• Is an Effective Communicator: You possess clear written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to translate complex stakeholder requirements into actionable technical tracking specifications.
• Tag Management Platforms: Hands-on experience with Tealium iQ and Tealium EventStream (preferred), or alternatively, strong experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) or Adobe Experience Platform Tags (Adobe Launch).
• Digital Analytics: Knowledge of digital analytics platforms, preferably Adobe Analytics.
• Data Structures: Highly skilled in creating, interpreting, and implementing data layer specifications and event schemas across websites and/or mobile apps.
• Consent Platforms: Experience managing consent and tracking compliance through platforms like OneTrust.
• Screening - Reviewing CVs and eligibility verification.
• 1st Call - 30 minute call to access Technical & Culture Fit with IT Recruiter.
• Tech Interview - 2 hour call with two of our Cloud Engineers to assess your technical knowledge in depth. The interview includes a theoretical section based on test-case scenarios as well as live practical exercises
• Cultural Interview - 1-hour call with a Minder to assess cultural fit with Mindera and align expectations for both parties.
• Cultural Client Call - A 30 minute call with the client to talk a bit on your daily challenges and align expectations.
• Technical Client call - A 1 hour call with the client or project team to assess your technical fit for a specific project.
