Job summary

Diaverum seeks a Nurse (m/f) for the Queluz clinic to provide comprehensive nursing care across the renal care setting. You will document interventions, support quality and safety standards, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.

The role requires a Nursing degree and valid licence; Portuguese fluency is essential, with English as a plus. Dialysis experience is valued but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing and a valid professional nursing licence.
• Dialysis experience is valued but not required.
• Fluency in Portuguese; English is an advantage.
• Knowledge of quality management systems is valued.
• Strong communication, teamwork, initiative and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care across the different clinical settings within the clinic.
• Ensure implementation of quality and safety standards based on best clinical practice and evidence-based care.
• Accurately document nursing interventions in a timely manner.
• Promote patient and family empowerment, autonomy and adherence to treatment.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, training and professional development activities.
• Contribute to the organisation and management of the nursing team's workload and activities.
