Job summary

Diaverum is seeking a Nurse (m/f) to join our Queluz clinic in Portugal. You will provide nursing care across the clinic's settings, uphold quality and safety standards, and document interventions promptly as part of a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires fluent Portuguese; English skills are advantageous. We offer a monthly gross salary between €1,654 and €2,284, plus training and opportunities for professional development within a leading renal care provider.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing and a valid professional nursing licence.
• Experience in dialysis techniques valued but not required.
• Fluency in Portuguese.
• English language skills will be considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of quality management systems will be valued.
• Strong communication, teamwork, initiative and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care across the clinic's settings.
• Ensure the implementation of quality and safety standards based on best clinical practice and evidence-based care.
• Accurately document nursing interventions in a timely manner.
• Promote patient and family empowerment, autonomy and adherence to treatment.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, training and professional development activities.
• Contribute to the organisation and management of the nursing team's workload and activities.
