Extia Group in Portugal is seeking a DevOps & Infrastructure Specialist to elevate our Operations team through hands-on engineering and mentoring. You’ll own infrastructure modernization, guide engineers on IaC, scripting, and release practices, and ensure reliable deployments.

You will collaborate in hybrid/remote teams across English-speaking contexts, apply OpenShift, Windows Server / IIS expertise, and drive CI/CD excellence with XL Deploy and XL Release.

Qualificações

• Experience with Windows Server and IIS administration.
• Proficiency in Python and PowerShell.
• OpenShift containerization and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Coach and upskill Ops engineers on IaC and scripting best practices.
• Own, maintain, and streamline release management and CI/CD deployments.
