act digital seeks an experienced DevSecOps Engineer to coach the Operations teams across Paris and Porto. You will own release pipelines, drive automation, and guide modernization of infrastructure using OpenShift and containerization.

You will script in Python/PowerShell, manage Windows/IIS and VMware, and promote IaC and modern DevOps practices in a distributed environment. Fluency in English is required; French is a plus.

Qualificações

• Experience in DevSecOps / DevOps with automation focus.
• Strong scripting in Python and PowerShell.
• Hands-on OpenShift experience including containers and images.
• Experience with XL Deploy and XL Release release pipelines.
• Windows/IIS administration and VMware experience.
• IaC and modern DevOps practices.
• Ability to coach and transfer knowledge to Operations teams.
• Excellent communication in distributed/remote environments.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.
• C# knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own and improve release management and deployment pipelines using XL Deploy and XL Release.
• Facilitate deployments from Paris-based Development teams to Porto Operations environment.
• Maintain Windows/IIS and VMware infrastructure.
• Drive migration of workloads from Windows/IIS VMs to OpenShift and containerization.
• Develop automation scripts using Python and PowerShell.
• Collaborate with Development and Operations teams across Paris and Porto to improve deployment processes.
• Promote automation, standardization, and continuous improvement across infra and deployments.

• Coach and train the local Operations team on Infrastructure as Code (IaC), scripting, automation, and modern DevOps/DevSecOps practices.
• Support the Operations team in adopting development and automation practices applied to infrastructure.
• Own, maintain, and improve release management and deployment pipelines using XL Deploy and XL Release.
• Facilitate and streamline deployments and deliveries from the Paris-based Development teams to the Porto Operations environment.
• Maintain and support the existing Windows/IIS and VMware infrastructure.
• Drive the migration of existing workloads from Windows/IIS virtual machines to OpenShift, including containerization.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python and PowerShell.
• Collaborate closely with Development and Operations teams across Paris and Porto to improve deployment processes and operational efficiency.
• Promote automation, standardization, and continuous improvement across infrastructure and deployment practices.

Requirements

• 6–9 years of professional experience in a similar DevSecOps / DevOps / Infrastructure Automation role.
• Strong hands-on experience in DevSecOps / DevOps, with a strong focus on automation and infrastructure.
• Strong scripting and automation skills in Python and PowerShell.
• Hands‑on experience with OpenShift, including containers, images, pods, and containerization practices.
• Hands‑on experience with XL Deploy and XL Release.
• Solid experience administering Windows/IIS environments.
• Practical experience with VMware environments.
• Good understanding and practical experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and modern DevOps practices.
• Strong ability to coach, mentor, and transfer technical knowledge to Operations teams.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, particularly in distributed and remote environments.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.
• C# knowledge is a plus, particularly for understanding and supporting existing applications.
