We Are META in Porto is seeking a Network Security Automation Engineer to join our hybrid team. You will design and implement automation for network infrastructure, focusing on Netconf/REST APIs and observability, with a strong emphasis on Python tooling.

The role requires 5+ years in network automation, Bash scripting, YAML/JSON, and experience with CI/CD pipelines. Fluency in English (B2) is expected, with Portugal-based candidates eligible for on-site 3 days/week.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in network automation.
• Strong proficiency in Python (Netmiko, NAPALM, PyEZ, Nornir).
• Experience with Bash/Shell scripting, YAML/JSON, Ansible, and Jinja2 templating.
• Knowledge of Git version control and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
• Knowledge of network management protocols: Netconf, Restconf, gNMI, gNOI, and vendor REST APIs.
