act digital EMEA - Alter Solutions is seeking a Senior DevSecOps / Platform Engineer to join an international financial sector project. You will bridge platform engineering, DevSecOps, and automation to build secure, scalable, self-service platforms.

You'll leverage Terraform, Kubernetes, GitOps (ArgoCD/Flux), and cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP) across hybrid environments with 2 days in the Lisbon or Porto office. Strong security focus and automation mindset are essential.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Eng, SRE, or similar roles.
• Strong IaC experience with Terraform/Ansible.
• Proficient CI/CD with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
• Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes and/or OpenShift.
• Experience with GitOps tools (ArgoCD or Flux).
• Cloud platform experience (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Scripting in Python, Bash, Go, or Java.
• Security integrated into DevOps: SAST/DAST, Vault, Secret management.

We are looking for a Senior DevSecOps / Platform Engineer to join an international project within the financial sector.

This role combines Platform Engineering, DevSecOps, infrastructure automation, and innovation, with a strong focus on building secure, scalable, and self-service platforms.

Technical Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or similar roles.
• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools).
• Solid knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and/or OpenShift.
• Experience with GitOps practices and tools such as ArgoCD or Flux.
• Experience with at least one Cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of scripting and automation using Python, Bash, Go, or Java.
• Experience integrating security into DevOps workflows, including:
• SAST/DAST tools such as SonarQube, Checkmarx, or OWASP ZAP.
• Container security scanning tools such as Trivy or Aqua.
• Secrets management solutions such as HashiCorp Vault.
• Security gates and automated vulnerability assessments.
• Understanding of application security principles and OWASP best practices.

Location: Porto or Lisbon, Portugal

Work Model: Hybrid (2 days per week in the office)
