Job summary

A-to-Be, part of the Brisa Group, seeks an experienced DevOps Team Manager to lead the DevOps and Platform Engineering team, shaping the roadmap and driving automation, reliability and observability across cloud and on‑premises platforms.

You will collaborate with Product, Architecture, Development and Operations to deliver scalable, secure solutions and to enhance the developer experience while participating in on‑call support for critical services.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in DevOps/Platform Engineering or SRE.
Experience leading technical teams in enterprise environments.
Strong knowledge of AWS/Azure and Linux administration.
Scripting with Python, Go or Bash.
Excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing DevOps and Platform Engineering team.
Define and execute the DevOps roadmap aligned with business and technology goals.
Drive automation, reliability, scalability and continuous improvement initiatives.
Design, implement and maintain highly available cloud and on-premises platforms.
Establish and promote DevOps best practices, governance and standards.
Lead major incident response and support resolution of complex technical challenges.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver robust, scalable and secure solutions.
Enhance our internal engineering platform and improve the developer experience.
Participate in on-call rotations for critical production services.
