DBServices Portugal is seeking a Senior DevOps/SRE Engineer to strengthen our platform reliability and automate infrastructure in a hybrid Portugal-based role.

You will design CI/CD pipelines, implement IaC with Terraform/Ansible/Pulumi, and build observability dashboards using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and OpenTelemetry, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualificações

• 4–5 years of professional experience in DevOps, SRE, or similar roles.
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar.
• Solid knowledge of containers and orchestration technologies, particularly Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi, or equivalent Infrastructure as Code tools.
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider: Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools and practices.
• Solid understanding of networking, protocols, security, and troubleshooting.
• Scripting experience using Bash, PowerShell, and/or Python.
• Experience working with distributed architectures and microservices.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model in Portugal.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and maintain robust and efficient CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of critical services.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• Monitor systems and build observability dashboards using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and OpenTelemetry.
• Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Implement security practices across pipelines, environments, and operational workflows, following DevSecOps principles.
• Collaborate with Development, QA, and Product teams to optimize the software delivery lifecycle.
• Create clear technical documentation, operational procedures, and internal standards.
• Contribute to innovation initiatives, process improvements, and the continuous evolution of the platform.
