Shakers is seeking a DevOps Platform Engineer to own and evolve the Internal Developer Platform (IDP) for an enterprise-scale tech leader. You will define standards, CI/CD frameworks, and self-service capabilities across multiple product teams to boost developer productivity and platform reliability.

Key responsibilities include leading platform adoption, implementing observability stacks with Prometheus and Grafana, applying DevSecOps practices, and shaping engineering KPIs and DORA metrics.

Qualificações

• 8–10 years in Platform/DevOps/SRE for large-scale enterprise.
• Strong AWS expertise at enterprise scale.
• Deep Kubernetes design and operations (CKA-level).
• Extensive GitLab at enterprise scale (pipeline governance, shared runners).
• Proven IDP experience with Backstage or Crossplane.
• Platform governance: Golden Paths, DORA metrics, reference architectures.
• Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, SLOs/SLAs.
• DevSecOps: Vault or equivalent, policy-as-code, supply chain security.
• Terraform for multi-environment IaC.
• Cloud-native and microservices architecture.
• Professional proficiency in English.

• Apply DevSecOps practices including secrets management and policy-as-code.
• Define engineering KPIs and DORA metrics.

• Define and govern platform standards, CI/CD frameworks, and reference architectures.
• Lead platform adoption across development, operations, security, and architecture teams.
• Implement observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry) and define SLOs/SLAs.
• Apply DevSecOps practices: secrets management, policy-as-code, supply chain security.
• Define engineering KPIs and DORA metrics.

Requirements

• 8-10 years in Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, DevOps, or SRE, in large-scale enterprise production.
• Strong AWS expertise at enterprise scale.
• Deep Kubernetes design and operations (CKA-level depth).
• Extensive GitLab at enterprise scale (pipeline governance, shared runners).
• Proven IDP experience with Backstage or Crossplane.
• Platform governance: Golden Paths, DORA metrics, reference architectures.
• Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, SLOs/SLAs.
