Quanteam, founding entity of RAINBOW PARTNERS, is seeking an IT Operations / DevOps Engineer to join an international Agile environment in Lisbon. You will ensure production and non-production environments are stable, deploy-ready, and continually improved, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will help implement automation, monitoring, and observability, and support security, resilience, and incident response.

Qualificações

• 2–3+ years of IT Infrastructure, Operations, Production Support or DevOps experience.
• Fluent English, strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with container platforms and CI/CD tooling.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure production and infrastructure requirements are met throughout projects.
• Define and implement technical solutions and infrastructure needs.
• Facilitate deployments and ensure stability of environments.
• Monitor performance and contribute to observability and service levels.
• Support dev teams with production best practices and requirements.
• Troubleshoot incidents and drive root-cause analysis and action plans.
