Onile IT in Lisbon is seeking a DevOps/Platform Engineer with 3+ years of experience to drive infrastructure improvements and DevOps maturity on complex projects. You will manage On-Premises and Azure environments, design CI/CD pipelines, and develop .NET Core/Framework services in distributed architectures.

You will deploy microservices with Docker and AKS, ensure observability, and reinforce security while collaborating with Development, QA and Infra teams in a hybrid work setup.

Formación

• 3+ years of DevOps/Platform experience with modern CI/CD practices.
• Experience with GitLab Pipeline automation (build, test, deploy).
• Proficiency in C#, .NET Core/Framework, APIs, microservices.
• Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes (AKS) and Azure environments.
• Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ or Event Hub and distributed systems.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and operate On-Premises and Azure application environments.
• Define, implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines; build, test, deploy, rollback.
• Develop and maintain .NET services in distributed architectures.
• Work with microservices and event-driven architectures; observability via logs/metrics/alerts.

We are looking for a DevOps/Platform Engineer with more than 3 years of experience, able to contribute good practices and propose continuous improvements in infrastructure and DevOps, joining challenging projects with a high level of technological complexity.

Manage and operate On-Premises and Azure application environments, ensuring high levels of scalability, availability and security; Define, implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines, including build, test, deploy and rollback processes; Develop and maintain services in .NET Core and .NET Framework in distributed architectures; Implement and support solutions based on microservices and event-driven architectures; Work with Docker and Kubernetes (AKS) to deploy and manage applications; Ensure solution observability through logs, metrics and alerts; Support troubleshooting of production environments, including .NET applications; Apply DevSecOps principles, ensuring good practices for security, access management and secrets; Collaborate closely with Development, QA and Infrastructure teams, promoting continuous delivery.
