Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional IT/DevOps experience.
• Linux fundamentals and command-line knowledge.
• Initial exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Familiarity with Grafana, Prometheus, ELK Stack.
• Ability to read Java, Python, or scripting code.
• Understanding of incident management and Agile methodologies.
• Based in Portugal; fluent English.
• Foundation or Associate-level cloud/Linux certs are a plus.

• At least 1 year of professional experience in IT, Systems Administration, DevOps, Operations, or Software Engineering.
• Educational background or professional experience in IT Operations, Systems Engineering, DevOps, or Software Engineering.
• Basic Linux and command-line knowledge, including system administration fundamentals, processes, logs, and networking.
• Initial exposure to AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud, and familiarity with Docker.
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and ELK Stack.
• Ability to read Java, Python, or scripting code for troubleshooting, with an understanding of deployment and operational support activities.
• Understanding of incident management, escalation procedures, structured support models, and service-level objectives; comfortable with Agile, Scrum and/or Kanban.
