Zusammenfassung

Decskill is seeking an IT Operations / Cloud Infrastructure professional to join our DevOps-minded team in Porto. The role focuses on ensuring production readiness, infrastructure stability, and security across the project lifecycle.

You will collaborate with Development, Security and Production Support to implement monitoring, automation and resilience, translating business needs into scalable technical solutions while upholding best practices.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in IT Infrastructure and/or IT Operations.
• Experience with Production Operations and management of production environments.
• Experience with Cloud / Cloud Infrastructure.
• Good understanding of DevOps and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of IT Risk and Cybersecurity.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (ElasticSearch, Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace).
• Good understanding of the DevOps toolchain (GitLab, Artifactory, Jenkins, SonarQube, Ansible).
• Knowledge of container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

Aufgaben

• Act as an IT Operations reference throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring production and infrastructure requirements are considered from the design phase.
• Participate in defining technical solutions aligned with production, infrastructure, security and scalability requirements.
• Integrate infrastructure and operational requirements into the Product Backlog, including technical user stories related to automation and industrialisation.
• Ensure provision of production and infrastructure resources to facilitate solution deployment.
• Assess and recommend technologies and services according to application and business requirements.
• Promote the use of existing products and services that already integrate security, resilience, monitoring and operational requirements.
• Ensure stability and operational readiness of Production and Non-Production environments.
• Facilitate and support solution deployments across technical environments.
• Validate backup/restore, access, performance, connectivity and availability aspects.
• Identify operational blockers related to network, security, infrastructure and application flows.
