What is the position about?

In this position, you’ll be able to join a team that is building the next-gen product to deliver analytical solutions to clients across several industries/sectors, and you’ll have a crucial role in delivering and maintaining our solutions. What will you be doing in your day-to-day?

• Create and maintain the infrastructure, GitLab repository and pipelines for development and deployment
• Support quick and effective incident resolution and create procedures to prevent them
• Explore issues using our observability stack and implement alerts to prevent issues from happening
• Help projects manage the complete lifecycle of the application from architecture to design, development and maintenance
• Collaborate with project/product teams and clients to understand and help define project goals and requirements
• Write and maintain documentation
• Prioritize and manage tasks effectively to meet sprint deadlines and deliver high-quality software solutions within an agile methodology

What is our technology stack?

• Hybrid infrastructure – AWS and on-premises
• Kubernetes on both public and private cloud
• GitLab and GitLab CI/CD
• Containers – Docker, Podman and containerd
• We use Kubernetes with Argo Workflows and Prometheus

Who are you?

• Graduated in computer science, informatics, or related fields
• Have at least two years of experience in similar positions (preferred)
• Experience in site reliability engineering support
• Proficient with our technology stack (or with part of it) and a strong willingness to learn
• Knowledge of networks, infrastructure and IT security principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
• A team player who thrives in collaborative projects
• Curious with a growth mindset and eagerness to learn new skills, techniques and methodologies
