Capgemini Engineering in Lisbon seeks a DevOps Engineer/Platform Engineer to design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deploy using GitOps. You will manage Kubernetes/OpenShift, automation with Terraform/Ansible, and develop Helm charts, enabling reliable, scalable platforms across projects.

The role emphasizes collaboration, problem solving, and continuous improvement in a hybrid work environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualificações

• Recent experience in a DevOps Engineer or Platform Engineer role.
• Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Proven experience with GitOps methodologies and ArgoCD.
• Solid knowledge of Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift administration.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and configuration management (Ansible).
• Proficiency in Helm and Kubernetes application deployment practices.
• Strong automation and scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python, PowerShell).
• Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
