Capgemini Engineering is seeking a skilled DevOps/Platform Engineer to design and optimize CI/CD pipelines with GitLab, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions. You will drive GitOps deployments using ArgoCD and operate Kubernetes/OpenShift environments, while applying IaC with Terraform and Ansible.

You will develop Helm charts, automate deployment tasks, and monitor platform reliability, performance and security. Strong collaboration and clear communication are essential in this global team.

Qualificações

• Recent experience in a DevOps Engineer or Platform Engineer role.
• Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Proven experience with GitOps methodologies and ArgoCD.
• Solid knowledge of Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift administration.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and configuration management (Ansible).
• Proficiency in Helm and Kubernetes application deployment practices.
• Strong automation and scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python, PowerShell).
• Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.
• Manage application deployments through GitOps practices with ArgoCD.
• Administer and support Kubernetes and OpenShift platforms.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform and Ansible.
• Develop and maintain Helm charts for containerized applications.
• Create automation scripts to streamline operational and deployment processes.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize platform reliability, performance, and security.
