Capgemini Engineering in Lisbon is seeking a hands-on DevOps/SRE specialist to design and automate infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible and IaC, and to manage AWS, Kubernetes and OpenShift environments across hybrid setups. You will implement GitOps workflows, build observability with Grafana and Prometheus, monitor clusters, and collaborate with product teams to improve automation and reliability.

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Experience automating AWS infrastructure and working in cloud and hybrid environments.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and/or OpenShift administration.
• Experience implementing GitOps workflows and deployment practices.
• Proficiency with Grafana, Prometheus, alerting, and Kubernetes cluster monitoring.
• Operational experience with observability of containerized workloads and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles.

• Collaborate with development and platform teams to improve automation, operational efficiency, and SRE practices.
